How to Use:
Start the timer when you're beginning focused work.
Every 20 minutes, you'll hear a sound to remind you to take a 20-second visual break.
During those 20 seconds, look away from the screen and look at something that's far away about 20ft away.
When you hear the sound again, return to your work.
You can adjust the timing by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner.

Why Does This Matter?
Taking short visual breaks helps reduce eye strain, especially during long periods of screen time.
The 20-20-20 rule—every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds—is recommended by eye care professionals to prevent digital eye fatigue and keep your eyes feeling fresh.
These regular pauses can also improve focus and productivity over time.
